1. Homealc Overseas Warehouse Drop Shipping Guidelines

Homealc platform's overseas warehouse drop shipping service is currently open to all customers. We do not provide drop shipping services to certain remote U.S. states (abbreviations: PR, HI, VI, AE, AP, AK, GU, AS, MP) and Japan (Hokkaido, Okinawa). Please disable these regions when setting up your sales areas.

Homealc partnered overseas warehouses will generate tracking numbers within 12-48 hours, with shipping information updated within 72 hours. Average delivery time to most regions worldwide is 2-10 days. (Delays may occur in some areas due to special weather conditions, natural disasters, or local holidays.)

2. Free Shipping Areas

Homealc platform provides free shipping to most areas in the United States, Japan, and Canada. After receiving an order request, the overseas warehouse will generate a tracking number within 24 hours.

3. Remote U.S. Areas

The following remote U.S. areas are not eligible for free shipping. After submitting your order, please wait for the supplier to provide a shipping quote for these remote areas before making payment.
